Looking Out For Your Own Interests

The best way to avoid the hassles of a, sometimes, lengthy claim process is not to be involved in a loss in the first place. This is not always possible because you cannot always account for the other drivers. You can however, take precautions when driving on the roadway. Be alert to the surroundings at all times. Stay away from aggressive drivers.

If another vehicle is moving in an uncharacteristic manner, it may indicate that there is some impairment on the driver's part. Allow enough space, preferably about two car lengths, between you and the vehicle in front of you. This allows room to take evasive action should it become necessary.
Pay attention to right-of-way laws. Drive with constant awareness to what is going on around you. Distractions such as cell phones, eating, reading and dealing with children should be kept to a minimum and can be best handled if time is taken to pull off the roadway to handle the situation. Great care should be taken when driving, by paying more attention and being aware of other drivers many accidents can be avoided.

Lazy time

It's been quite long time I haven't write anything on my blog, felt so lazy as wind breeze in the cold morning

Well I have to honest with you that I'm not a typical guy who always write anything, yes sometimes I want to write down a note to express what what I'm feeling but oftenly simply throw it into musics...
Music is a different way to show your emotions or emphaty about people's life, but that's not a single way...
In some ocassion it isn't quite enough as no representing, so you have to put
into notes, express and release it into alphabets. And later when you want recall, just open them and you'll wonder with the result.

Blender

Do you remember the blender that we bought last week?...thank you if you do...
We imagined to have fresh carrot juice, putting some ice blocks and feeling it fresh.

My wife had tried to make such freshly juice, ehmmm....she cut the carrot in small shapes which in beautiful round blocks...put them into the jug, add some waters and pushed the pulse button by his tinny finger, but blink...blink...blink...sparks were came out seen from the bottom motor...upppppssss she screamed loudly...ohhh noooo our shinny blender was short circuitted...our world seemed fall aparts...

How important for children having their parents...

Far exceeding the stereotypical fatherly role of the guy who reads the paper, mows the lawn and takes out the trash, the part a father has in his child's life is a powerful one.

Valarie King, a Penn State associate professor of sociology, demography and human development and family studies, said a father's involvement with his child's upbringing can have a significant impact on his or her academic achievements and behavior.

King, whose research includes examining the various connections of fathers and their children, said it's all about quality. Whether the relationship is between a step-, residential or nonresidential father, he has to make the most out of the time he spends with his child.

"I looked at the quality of the relationship nonresidential fathers had with their children. The closer the father-child relationship -- not just the amount of visitation -- the better children were doing," she said.

King went on to say that prior research on stepfamilies often suggests that the stepparent-stepchild relationship is a difficult one and that stepfathers may not positively influence child well-being. Not so, she found. Many stepfathers can establish a close relationship with their stepchildren, and when they can do so, it can be beneficial for children.

King also found that children living with a biological father and stepmother could have a good relationship with their stepmothers.

Another contradiction to prior research, which believed a child with two parents in his or her life is better off than one, may not necessarily be true. Obviously a happy marriage between two parents is best for children. However, King said if there is constant turmoil between the parents, their child might be better off with just one parent in his or her life and less turbulence.

"The majority of people that get divorced get remarried and that's more so with fathers than anyone else," she said.

However, she found nonresident biological moms have a bigger impact on the child's life than stepmothers. However, another study King worked on showed stepfathers living with a child have a bigger impact than the closeness of the nonresident father.

Most of the analysis King did while studying child well-being focused on children during adolescence and how the child-father relationship affected health, behavior, grades and delinquency. Overall she found that fathers, regardless of whether or not they live with their children, must establish a close relationship and stay actively involved in their children's lives.

No anger when I was looking reckless driver especially biker or even dirty words heard from my mouth...it was so calm...I feel like a new man.

Something unpredictable event can happen in our life which we so
often try to avoid to. Just like to day, we were in the middle of
shopping through in the mall,

with no plan to buy anything just swing
our legs measuring each floors, stopped by in the stores with no
passion to buy, just refreshing the eyes and curiousness. However,
plop! When my wife saw a sparkling juicer with fine glossy color and
store men who so politely showing us benefits having such appliance,
we only sat down starring at it...we were hypnotized...two or even
three cups were then gave to us, those which were given is the drinks
from where the appliance is used for...finally we were trapped and
unconditionally swept the card. I finally hope this equipment is
really function, I mean can be used in our daily activity. Mumbling...

Designs without bright colors or licensed characters can be high-fashion items associated with celebrity mothers.[6] Companies also produce diaper bags with a more rugged look, as part of a growing sector of the baby-products market designed to appeal to men.

The Chinese Confucian thinker Mencius, who 2300 years ago sought to give advice to the ruthless political leaders of the warring states period, was convinced that the mind played a mediating role between the "lesser self" (the physiological self) and the "greater self" (the moral self) and that getting the priorities right between these two would lead to sagehood. He argued that if we did not feel satisfaction or pleasure in nourishing one's "vital force" with "righteous deeds", that force would shrivel up (Mencius,6A:15 2A:2). More specifically, he mentions the experience of intoxicating joy if one celebrates the practice of the great virtues, especially through music.[6]


Al-Ghazali (1058-1111) the Muslim Sufi thinker wrote the Alchemy of Happiness, a manual of spiritual instruction throughout the Muslim world and widely practiced even now.

About one hundred years later, the Hindu thinker Patanjali, author of the Yoga Sutras, wrote quite exhaustively on the psychological and ontological roots of bliss.[7]

In the Nicomachean Ethics, written in 350 B.C.E., Aristotle stated that happiness (also being well and doing well) is the only thing that humans desire for its own sake, unlike riches, honor, health or friendship. He observed that men sought riches, or honor, or health not only for their own sake but also in order to be happy. Note that eudaimonia, the term we translate as "happiness", is for Aristotle an activity rather than an emotion or a state.[8] Happiness is characteristic of a good life, that is, a life in which a person fulfills human nature in an excellent way. People have a set of purposes which are typically human: these belong to our nature. The happy person is virtuous, meaning they have outstanding abilities and emotional tendencies which allow him or her to fulfill our common human ends. For Aristotle, then, happiness is "the virtuous activity of the soul in accordance with reason": happiness is the practice of virtue.

Many ethicist make arguments for how humans should behave, either individually or collectively, based on the resulting happiness of such behavior. Utilitarians, such as John Stuart Mill and Jeremy Bentham, advocated the greatest happiness principle as a guide for ethical behavior.
